Based on one of the few flowers that is in focus, I would guess that this might be a Ceiba speciosa (Silk Floss Tree) although it lacks the characteristic spiky trunk. It could also be a Tabebuia or an Orchid Tree. A better picture would help... and also its location... Smiling
