We have a couple places we buy corn...the guy on the corner at Walgreens, or on the side of the road outside a small town called Moville. But, we were in a hurry and thought the stuff at wally world looked good so that is what I cooked yesterday. My husband may still make a trip out to Moville.

I normally do add a tiny bit of sugar, salt, and even a little pepper, but this time it is just the butter. We'll see if I notice any difference in the quality after being frozen.
