Hello everyone!
Boy was I excited when I saw these replies!! For some reason I got no notifications in my email and I've been checking it like mad since I posted.

I have been digging around on google since I picked up the plants from Lowe but haven't had much success in finding the names. You guys rock!

Apologies for the last picture being so blurry. I'll post a better shot here if any of you want to take another crack at it.

I'm pretty sure plantlady and sally are right about it being graptopetalums.

Madcrate, it looks like the stems on your watch chain are thicker and more scarce. It could be a climate difference like you said.

PurpleIn- Yes the plant in the second photo is actually fuzzy to the touch. Kalanchoe it is!
