You don't walk in them, you just sit and rest and let your toes, tendons, ligaments, etc. all stretch. She said to only use them for 5 or 10 minutes a day at first, then build up the time as tolerated. When she puts them on me at PT is feels good. I'm also using compression sleeves on my calves when exercising or whenever I'm on my feet a lot, and going to PT twice a week. Something is helping.

I went to the gym this morning, exercised for an hour.
