There are yogurts which aren't high in sugar, you just have to read the labels. We eat Dannon Light and Fit nonfat Greek yogurt every day. While they do contain some Splenda, most are only about 9 grams of carbs and around 12 grams of protein.

Greek yogurt in general is higher in protein than regular yogurt.

I love yogurt. I've eaten it for breakfast almost every day for 25 or 30 years. I usually have it with fresh berries.
