germination rate is pretty good.. but we are experiencing cooler temps too. this morning at 8 it was 65 degrees.. now at close to 10:30 am its barely hitting 70. all of the plants are looking better.
according to what I've read about the beans & peas, they should be ok as long as there is a couple months before your first frost...so around 60 days (for an early variety.) I'm really really cutting it close to the wire.
Thanks for the assurance of the row covers, I know I will more than likely have to utilize them.
either way I'll keep everyone posted.
