Okay, update.
Still no toolbar in IE but I was able to type my entry in paragraphs in IE, then saved it.
I went to FF and opened ATP, went to my blog control, opened it and nope, it was still all run-on format BUT I edited it, adding paragraphs then saving it. It it now in paragraph format but it sure is going around the block to get next door, eh? I hope FF allows us to copy/paste at some point into our blogs.
