They really aren't ever here. They live in MT mostly, and he only comes back about 2 or 3 times a year, and then only for a day or 2. His wife doesn't like it here. They have the lawn mowed and such by a kid here in town that they pay, and I've wanted to build a greenhouse off the south side of his garage for years But I'm thinking that I could always use part of his yard and such to grow things anyway. His sis owns the nursery here in town and she would help me talk him into it
