The location they said was closest to me was about 12 miles away. I went there and it was a empty space in a almost empty strip mall. I was a little ticked . I called them and the Rep I spoke to said "oh that location has been closed for over a year" I demanded they come out and get their equipment. If I hadn't gotten a reciept for the cable boxes I would have been screwed
