I know how you feel I have to do something many times then I might get it , lucky for me I have a computer nerd in house and I just yell Help, but it is hard to get him to understand I need to let my own fingers do the work to learn.
I do have a stack of 3x5 cards with my own instructions for things I don't do often enough to remember.
