Mine isn't either Lynn! This little guy is deciduous, but even though it looks like dead sticks eventually the dead looking stems all sprout new leaves. It blooms in late August (that pic was Aug 25 10). Who knows what will happen this year, we seem to be about one month later than last year. Brr. I even put the fire on today, what's up with that?
