I wouldn't think so, Porkpal. The transfer of fragrance depends on so many elements of the hybridization process, and some of the Peace roses are sports or are not related to Peace at all. Pink Peace was hybridized from Peace and something else and it does have a strong scent, but I don't know whether it has the same fragrance as Peace. Flaming Peace is a sport and doesn't have much fragrance at all. Glowing Peace isn't even related to Peace and has no fragrance, and those are just a few examples.
