It was growing against what I think was a painted concrete block building along side a dirt/gravel road. I can't remember if the building was wood or blocks, but the day was bright and the building was white. They grow wild in Alaska, and this image was taken just after Summer Solstice, so maybe June 23 -24. There was snow on the mountains, though, and the glaciers were just melting.
