I would have voted for Holly Dancer if I was still a garden judge. Choosing between Holly and Nutmeg Elf was a hard decision. NE is a real performer here. i have grown quite a few on the list at one time or another.

Of the others that people voted for:
I've never grown Northwind Dancer because I have heard so many times that it leans.
Spacecoast Gold Bonanza grew here many years and did pretty well for a southern plant, but I don't think the bud count was ever over 10.
American Freedom - I saw this several times in John Rice's greenhouse. Didn't think it would live here, so glad to see the good reports from farther north than I am. Perhaps I will run across a good deal on it one of these days.

So, here was our unofficial vote

AMERICAN FREEDOM 1
CREATURE OF THE NIGHT 1
DESTINED TO SEE 1/2
HOLLY DANCER 1
NORTH WIND DANCER 2-1/2
SAVANNAH DEBUTANTE 1
SPACECOAST GOLD BONANZA 3

Looks like Spacecoast Gold Bonanza is our winner, with Northwind Dancer close on it's heels. (I did count Fred's wife, as he said they both voted for it - so she must be a garden judge)
I gave 1/2 each to Destined to See and Northwind Dancer because Betty could not make up her mind on them. Whistling
