Yes, down there we could grow mango, citrus, guava, coconuts, banana, avacado but could not grow apples, pears, cherries, cranberries, plums, raspberries, peaches, asparagus. And tomatoes & bell peppers had to be grown in the winter as summer was too mean. Summer is our curse as winter is yours.
