Mom's bored. These little dudes are popping up all over my yard.

All she does is put 5 or 6 balled up plastic grocery bags into another bag. Get a piece of string and tie it tight just below the ball of bags.

She's used electrical tape for the eyes and mouth.
Take a scissors or exacto knife and shred the bottom of the bag.
