Are you sure the seller actually GREW the lilies and not purchased them from the Northern Hemisphere where they will have recently finished a bloom cycle?

I have had lilies take a rest and not come up. Bonbini did it the year before last. Basically, it decided to skip a year. Think I will rename it Bomb Bini since it bombed out for a year.

But a batch of 40... if they looked to be in good condition I think they would be good. I understand (in the Northern Hemisphere) that the longiflorums, which are forced to bloom around Easter, often perfom a second bloom later towards fall.
