They say this is the best time of year to go on a diet. Surely you will not gain weight if you consume smart and light.
What? Not fun? We wait for this time of year for the goodies, family and recipes that make us feel good.
But, the main thing is to begin this season with a sense and message of gratitude and thanks for all we have and the hope and help we can give others who may be in tough times. Remember a charity or a friend.
