The description of Yucca baccata var. vespertina 'Hualampai Blue' certainly fits for the area too!

A new Cistus introduction. From our earliest days of botanically exploring the rich area from south western Utah to northern Arizona we've noticed the banana yucca, with forms there having upright, very blue leaves looking much like a misplaced sanseverria. This clone, from the south side of the Colorado river in Mojave County, is one of the bluest of the blue.
