Let it suffice to say that bees and horses do not mix - it takes about 400 stings to send a horse into kidney failure and death, whereas it takes over 1000 to do that to a person.

But it really was a freak situation, one that wouldn't keep me from having bees again, just because it was so unlikely.
In the end, only kindness matters.

Science is not the answer, it is the question.
