Thanks for posting that, Lynn. I spaced the question from Sheryl. I use organic Quinoa all the time as a cooked grain too. It's wonderful. You do learn after awhile the best length of time to harvest "crunchy" sprouts. That's the way I like them. Soft sprouts don't do it for me. Big Grin
