Thanks Janet, I think it was Anacyclus pyrethrum var. depressus,
The plant was labelled but I had forgotten to note it down, I remember now it was not a cultivar name but a specie name..

Nice to know it is a perrenial Cinda! Mine has given up the spirit because of being too wet in the cold season, poor thing! Sad I don't have a right spot in the garden and in a pot plants are more vulnerable to get too wet..
