Just enjoyed some fresh fried green tomatoes for lunch. A thunderstorm last night knocked several tomatoes off the vines, so I had no excuse not to cook. Had the "old school" recipe with cornmeal, flour, and buttermilk, fried in bacon grease. Unbelievably good!
