Healthy version: Julienne peeled sweet potatoes, put in Ziplock bag, throw in some olive oil, salt, and lemon pepper. Shake vigorously, then take them out of the ziplock bag and place on a cookie sheet or similar. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees until they are puffed up, crispy, and happy. Serve with honey to dip in.
