I am going to list some different varieties that do well in different parts of the country when I can get around to it. World-wide there are around 6500 varieties!! A lot of people in this country just don't eat sweet potatoes at all except maybe as a casserole at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
I garden for the pollinators.
