I hope my children are adaptable like that, and I think they are. As for judging others, I couldn't live with myself if I'd ever allowed them to even think about being judgmental.

Well, my boys just left on their way back to Indianapolis. Lots of hugs and kisses to see them on their way. My son's girlfriend is from Spain though she graduated high school here in the states. She is a linguistics professor at Franklin University in Indianapolis. She is such a sweetheart, but was so funny about Thanksgiving. Mac and cheese was her contribution to the dinner because she's never really celebrated Thanksgiving and didn't know what else to bring. Funny that she thinks of mac and cheese as the typical food of choice for Americans, though in truth she knew that's what Ethan would like best.

So yes, it's been a great week. I think now I really need a nap.

And by the way, my daughter will be here for another week, I think. Her 'Fall/Winter Break' she calls it.
