Since I know nothing about these plants other than I want a blooming one while I wait on mine to grow can you explain what this means in one I looked at on ebay

The ROOTED Vera Cruz Rose Plumeria Plant you are bidding on is 19" (from the top of the potted soil base) with 2 Tips and 1 inflorescence.

what are tips, and inflorescence
