I use this "tool" for brushing off my potting area, too. Works great!

I have another paint brush like this I use to clean lampshades. I take the dusty lampshade outside, check the wind direction, and begin to brush all the house dust off the shade.
“Don't give up too quickly"... unknown, I heard it somewhere.
