That's a beautiful picture, Trish ! I would have thought it extremely rare for you to get any snow there whatsoever. Here we are in the Michigan Upper Peninsula, and where I am there is no snow on the ground at all right now, and none in the near future according to the Weather Channel. Okay with me for now, but once the temp really starts dropping we need the snow cover for insulation (of plants and water pipes, to name a couple of things). I'm in no hurry for it because once it gets here it won't go away until spring. Meanwhile, we're in the process of doing some remodeling on our house and everything is a mess! Finally got the tree put up and decorated today, but sure hope we don't get any unexpected house guests -- the spare bedroom is full of everything that has been displaced by the "project" .

This is our driveway in January 2009 --
