Joanne - I should have explained that I also have the bubble wrap in my little gh and wasn't sure if that's why my tomatoes took off the way they did. I had good luck with some seedlings my DD gave my last year - potting them up and burying them deeper every few weeks. Had great roots - just a lousy summer for growing them (wet, cool and cloudy). Maybe on cloudy days I can stick the plants under the lights?
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize that we can't eat money. Cree proverb
