I didn't have a clue carrots came in that many colors either. Wonder what a purple carrot salad would look like? Would you be able to tell the raisins from the carrots? Or would it all look like some weird purple concoction? Does a carrot by any other color taste as sweet?

Thanks for the article Sharon & the link. Is that why I'm not wealthy? Because although a southerner, raised by a southerner, I never eat collards on New Year's day. Guess I have to get some this year & see what happens. Green Grin!
