What are you planning for ws this year? Do you start now? I usually start in March and once I use up the jugs that I collected, then I do them as the jug become available. I do some of the more tender annuals and such late March and April. We can get a real cold snap that is hard on them is they go thru weeks of nice weather. -20ºC, which is -4ºF is not normal, but can happen in March or April. The Chinooks really fluctuate the temps a lot.
