I just realized I have some plants which has the "spider" name included in its common name:

Chorophytum comosum - commonly known as spider plants
Thumb of 2012-01-30/tarev/f47407

Brassia Rex 'Waoimao Spotless' orchid - commonly called as spider orchids
Thumb of 2012-01-30/tarev/23639c

And yesterday, I found some bulbs for sale at Costco called Hymenocallis Ismene Festalis
and as I research more about it, it is commonly known as a Peruvian spider lily. Have not planted them yet, just waiting for a little more Spring to come in:
