Thanks Loretta Smiling Actually, I used to be just watching others grow them, then after seeing some really nice ones at a flower show, I decided to learn more about them and their growing habits. With micro climate limitations, I just have to accept there are some really beautiful ones, that are not suitable for my area, but there are good alternatives too..in my case, Phalaenopsis, Cymbidiums and some Oncidiums are tolerating me Big Grin Big Grin

Alan, one thing I learned with the succulents, though they like being dry, some just do not like being in too much heat, especially intensified as the heat goes thru glass.
