Just type what you want to say & when you want to insert a smiley from the bottom of the page then click on the smiley you want & it will be put where your cursor was --- continue typing & then click on a smiley & it will be there & so on & so forth. You will not "see" the smiley until you've hit finished but the smiley will show up as you insert it as "greengrin" for or "sad" for etc......
