Crimson clover here. Love it!
And in the late winter/early spring when it flowers it really brings in the pollinators. Although it is at its nutritional best to turn under before flowering I can't but help leave some areas to flowers, choosing to turn under particular areas on an as-needed basis during the early planting season.
