what is the height for Wrens/Chickadees? I have a small bird house that seems to be vacant every year. Perhaps if I move it, I will see some new residents this year.

Good question. Sometimes bird houses seem to just stand empty and others are used all the time. I always wonder why some are vacant like that and some not.
I garden for the pollinators.
