Yesterday was a beautiful day here with temps in the upper 60s, and I spent hours doing garden clean-up. I still have quite a bit to do but I did get a good start, very rare for this early date. Many perennials are starting to put up new growth, again very early here. My lilies are starting, as are some echinaceas, verbena, dianthus, snapdragons, gaura, sedum., polemonium ... I never remember all these things breaking dormancy so early.
