Hmmmm.... in your first link there it says "The leaves are pinnately dissected with linear leaf segments, are often densely covered in bristly hairs" but does not say always covered in hairs. So take a look at the top row, 3rd photo from the left in your link:

I don't see any hairs on those leaves --- what do you think?
