I usually just enter the cultivar name to check and see if it's entered into the database. Try Postman's Pride and it should come up.

Stonecrop (Hylotelephium telephium subsp. telephium 'Postman's Pride')
And is that really the proper placement for the PP number? With the cultivar name? That don't look right.
