Wow, Sheryl! 80% of their garbage recycled. That's almost unheard of here. And now they've farmed it out to companies who will no doubt reduce that percentage by more than half.
Sad, isn't it? The loss of jobs, the loss of recycling, and more garbage piles up.
And I only read the brief synopsis.
Small steps, one at a time, that's what it will take.
