I got three types of hostas in this pot..Wide Brim, Aureomarginata and Minuteman. When I moved and repotted them in this container last year, I did not consider how big they really grow, am a newbie with them then...
I just wanted to put them in the shadiest part of the yard without toasting in our triple digit heat.
But one of them is definitely sprouting..pips coming about..I would like to think it is the Wide Brim one..it was the biggest of the three last summer and easily dwarfed the others then.
Here they were last summer 2011: cannot even see much of the spider plant under the hostas foliage.
