Hetty that is so beautiful!
I wonder what more than one paver would do to raise it. Maybe set 3 of the same size at angles, glued together. Or 3 or 4 of graduated sizes, starting with the largest at the bottom. Some pavers are pretty thick and would give it height if several were glued together.
