Thanks for the 2nd photo Jonna...now it really looks more like a Yucca, maybe it was grown in a shady side before being moved to a sunnier side that's why the leaves are deeper green than usual.

The pineapple photo does show very narrow strappy leaves..maybe the leaves grew like that because they were tying it? I see some of the other pineapples around it tied up.
