I am waiting on mine to arrive, I broke down and bought one. My first Kaffir lime came from seeds I bought on Ebay, from Malaysia. The USDA came knocking on my door, TWO YEARS later and seized the plant--along with a key lime and seed for Kang Kang (Ipomoea aquatica). I was annoyed by that for a good long time. I understand seizing the seeds as they entered the country, they're not supposed to be shipped here, which I didn't know, and now know to check. But seizing them TWO years later? Confused I could tell the USDA people weren't happy to be sorting through my light stands for illegal imports, but it did happen.

So...caveat emptor. Or even trader.
