No, none of the trumpet shaped honeysuckles have any scent. The hummingbirds do love them though just as much as the regular shaped flowered ones. Hummers don't care they love them both. I have never found any honeysuckle that smells as good as plain old fashioned Japanese Honeysuckle does though.
