I have a combination pot of H. carnosa 'Tricolor' ("Krimson Queen") and H. carnosa 'Rubra' ("Krimson Princess") ... they are very old plants that I've had since 1976 and have lost all variegation over the years. Every so often a new leaf will appear with the cream/white edge or center but not often.

The photo on the left is an old one from a few years ago. Photo on the right I just went outside and took of a Hoya carnosa blooming right now. Most carnosa blooms are similar so you can expect something like this:

Although I've been told Hoya's don't need it, I feed them with a bloom booster fertilizer whenever I feed my orchids.
