Tee and Sharon, I know there are many health benefits from using turmeric, but I don't have personal knowledge of them. For me, it would be like writing about performing brain surgery. I have lots of information, but no knowledge of my own doing it. I do think one of you should follow up and write an article about the benefits of using turmeric for your health!
