Sounds like it could be a Socotranum, a variety from Socotra Island. Very Special!! A connoseur's plant, for sure

Here's a link to a mix of photos, some are correct, anyway.

Don't prune the plant, it will just send up another stem heading for the sky. Probably doesn't need repotting.

It will bloom eventually! If it decides to go dormant, looses its' leaves, let it stay dry until it decides to start growing again. Then it might just have flower buds, then flowers. Don't water if it does that! It'll start growing leaves, a new stem, and the flower buds will wither and drop off without blooming. Booo if that happens!
