Hi Betty,
The peony is a variety called 'Vivid Rose'. I got it for the name, in memory of my Grandmother Rose. I don't know much about peonies (yet), but this one has the most wonderful fragrance. I will read up on how to divide them, and I'd love to share with you - maybe for the fall Mid Atlantic plant swap.

It was so good to see you at Ric and Holly's plant swap yesterday - what a great, great, day!!! And yes, it was me who hosted the 2011 spring plant swap, here in Lucketts outside of Leesburg.
